Ingredients

  • 500g chicken mince (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely grated (squeeze excess water)
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil (for grilling or frying)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken mince with ginger-garlic paste, coriander, mint, green chilies, onion, spices, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
