Eid-ul-Adha Special Tawa Kaleji Recipe – Spicy Street-Style Delight

🛒 Ingredients

  • ½ kg mutton or beef liver (kaleji), cleaned and cubed
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil (less if using a non-stick tawa)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

👩🍳 Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat your Klassic marble-coated non-stick tawa over medium flame and add oil.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds).
  3. Add kaleji and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until it changes color.
  4. Mix in red chili flakes, turmeric, salt, and cumin powder. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Add onions and green chilies, cook for 2–3 minutes more.
  6. Garnish with coriander and lemon wedges. Serve hot with naan or paratha.
