- ½ kg mutton or beef liver (kaleji), cleaned and cubed
- 3 tbsp cooking oil (less if using a non-stick tawa)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
