Eid Special Namkeen Boti Recipe – Authentic Pakistani Delight

By The Klassic Kitchenware Team

Crafted by our in-house chefs, dedicated to celebrating Pakistani traditions through flavorful recipes.

Eid-ul-Adha is all about sharing delicious meals with loved ones, and Namkeen Boti is a festive favorite! This tender, spice-infused dish, prepared in a premium frying pan from Klassic Kitchenware, the best cookware brand in Pakistan, brings bold flavors to your Eid table. Perfect for family gatherings or a special dinner, it’s a recipe that captures the heart of Pakistani cuisine.

Yields: 4–5 servings Time: 15 min prep – 35 min total

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless mutton or beef, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 green chilies, sliced (optional)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Marinate the meat: In a bowl, mix mutton/beef cubes with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander powder, black pepper, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for best results).
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in your Klassic die-cast frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add marinated meat and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender.
  4. If meat releases water, increase heat to evaporate it, stirring for 5–7 minutes for a dry, roasted texture.
  5. Add lemon juice and green chilies (if using). Stir for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan, paratha, or raita on a Klassic serving platter.
